As indicated above, in this period at least up to April 15th, all shipments will still be slight delays.

What does it mean: couriers in this period have many difficulties in managing the mole of shipments and we ask ourselves to ship a limited number of products per day. We will have to prioritize orders in order of arrival, so we will request delays in the delivery of your order.

We will try to do our best to meet delivery times but we ask for your understanding and reiterate the importance of staying at home.

If you reach 100 € of order your shipment is free. Applies to all orders within Europe area address. For non-EU areas and disadvantaged locations, standard shipping costs apply.



On each product page you can view the availability and timing of evasion from the time of order confirmation. Normally the preparation of goods requires from 24h to 72h. In the case of delays, you will be promptly notified. All shipments are entrusted to express couriers such as BRT, TNT or UPS depending on the type of order. Normally, delivery takes place within 24 / 48h of work after shipment, depending on the destination and the conditions of the courier.

Conditions of packaging

Normally every shipment is packaged in our branded packaging, suitable for shipping our products and designed to avoid damage to the material during delivery.

The courier is required to request your signature upon delivery. Please observe the procedure below at the time of delivery.

* This rule is applied ONLY on problems due to transport, for defects on products the right of withdrawal is applied according to the law (see at the bottom).

At the time of delivery by the courier there is an obligation to check the goods. The customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging and the contents of the same FRONT COURIER.

In the case of breakages due to transport it is important to know that:

In case of damage, obvious lacerations or mistreatment by the courier, the package must be accepted but SIGNED WITH RESERVE. Alternatively, please REPEAT THE GOODS.
In the event that the internal goods have breakages but the package is intact, it is mandatory to report WITHIN 24 HOURS from receipt of the damage (the date of delivery of the courier will attest) in order to have the replacement of the goods. For no reason are refunds or replacements due to damage if the report is sent after 24 hours from receipt by the courier.
These procedures, even if a bit ‘boring, are the only solutions that allow us to immediately manage the complaint with the courier and allows us to quickly return the goods that may be received is not intact.
