GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All prices of our products include VAT based by the country of destination.

For each purchase, a sales receipt will be issued. If requested, an electronic invoice with a separate VAT rate will be provided. For this reason, it is necessary to provide the company name, address, tax code, and VAT number. The invoice must be requested at the time of order confirmation on the “Checkout” page by filling out the appropriate option.

The purchase does not include shipping costs, which are borne by the buyer and can be consulted on the “SHIPPING” page. The following rules apply to all transactions; in the case of different conditions, these will be detailed in the offer.

If you purchase with Scalapay, you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related entities, and their transferees, and you authorize this transfer.

ATTENTION! Return Rules in Case of Damaged Package*

*This rule applies ONLY to issues caused by transport. For product defects, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the law (see below).*

Upon delivery by the courier, there is an obligation to check the goods. The customer must verify the integrity of the packaging and its contents IN FRONT OF THE COURIER.

In the event of damage caused during transport, it is important to note that:

  • If there is visible damage, tears, or mishandling by the courier, the package must be accepted but SIGNED WITH RESERVATION. Alternatively, please REFUSE THE GOODS.
  • If the internal goods are damaged but the package is intact, you must report the damage WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving the package (the courier’s delivery date is considered valid) to be eligible for replacement. Under no circumstances will refunds or replacements be provided for damages if the report is sent more than 24 hours after receipt.

Although these procedures may seem tedious, they are the only way to allow us to handle claims with the courier immediately and ensure a prompt reshipment of any damaged goods.

 

WARRANTY TERMS

  • Products purchased on Artesive.com are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice, except for adhesive films, which have a variable warranty depending on the model, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
  • To be eligible for the warranty, a copy of the invoice or sales receipt is required.
  • Artesive will repair or replace defective material at no cost to the buyer, except for any reshipment costs.
  • Artesive reserves the right to inspect the material before validating the warranty.

 

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Warranty: 3 years for indoor applications.

Warranty covers: Color variation, yellowing, cracking, lack of adhesion due to material defects.

The warranty does not cover:

Cases where the warranty on adhesive films is not valid:
– Application on dirty or rough surfaces
– Application on outdoor surfaces
– Application on non-smooth, deteriorated surfaces with poor adhesion
– Application on surfaces exposed to gasoline and/or corrosive chemical products
– Application on vehicles (car wrapping)
– Application of the film with excessive stretching
– Color variation due to contact with inappropriate chemical agents
– Lack of adhesion due to application on unsuitable surfaces
– Breakage and/or cracking due to contact with sharp objects such as blades and/or knives
– Storage and/or application in environments with high humidity or unsuitable temperatures
– Damage to underlying surfaces after removal of the adhesive film

Additionally, the warranty does not cover anything not explicitly listed under “Warranty Covers.”

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/CHANGE OF MIND

Legislative Decree 185/99

Implementation of Directive 97/7/EC on contracts negotiated outside business premises.

  • Customers who have purchased Artesive products for personal use only can withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days from the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a withdrawal, products must be perfectly sealed and in their original packaging.
  • The customer must communicate their intent to withdraw from the purchase via Registered Mail or email. They will then receive a return merchandise authorization (RMDR) form via email, which must be completed and included with the return package.
  • The package must be sent or delivered in person to: Artesive, Via Calvagese 22, 25080 Polpenazze del Garda (BS), Italy.
  • If the withdrawal is due to a change of mind and there are no defects or issues caused by the seller, the shipping costs for the return are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • If the withdrawal is due to defects or issues caused by the seller, the return shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
  • Artesive reserves the right to inspect the integrity of the returned material before issuing a refund.
  • The refund covers only the cost of the material; shipping costs, additional charges such as packaging, cash on delivery fees, and insurance are not included.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
