RENEWAL REWARD – TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Legend

  • Active Participant: Customer who belongs to one of the three levels of the RENEWAL REWARD program.
  • Inactive Participant: Customer who no longer meets the program’s requirements.
  • Annual Membership: Period in which the program is valid (from January 1 to December 31), with renewal based on purchases.
  • Customer: Company, business, association, professional, or private individual registered on the Artesive website and who has made purchases.

PURPOSE OF THE RENEWAL REWARD PROGRAM

The RENEWAL REWARD program is designed for Artesive customers who meet the established requirements. Participation is completely free.


HOW IT WORKS

  • Assignment to the program is managed by Artesive.
  • Customers are classified into the levels Smart, Grow, Genius, and Elite.
  • Once the Terms & Conditions are accepted, customers become Active Participants.
  • Assignment occurs upon reaching the required purchase threshold.
  • Each assignment is individual and linked to a unique customer code.
  • The validity of the assignment is 12 months with annual renewal based on purchases.
  • Active Participants can terminate their participation by sending an email to [email protected].
  • Artesive reserves the right to exclude a participant in case of violation of the Terms and Conditions or fraudulent behavior.

PROGRAM LEVELS

Smart

  • Requirements: Minimum of 2 orders and spending over €250 (excluding VAT and canceled orders).
  • Benefits: Extra 2.5% discount on purchases.

Grow

  • Requirements: Minimum of 5 orders and spending over €500.
  • Benefits:
    • Extra 5% discount on purchases.
    • Priority customer service.

Genius

  • Requirements: Minimum of 10 orders and spending over €1000.
  • Benefits:
    • Extra 10% discount on purchases.
    • Priority customer service.

Elite (By invitation only)

  • Requirements: Reserved for professionals and long-term customers, selected by Artesive.
  • Benefits:
    • Personalized discount on purchases.
    • Priority customer service.
    • Listing in the Top Installers Artesive directory.
    • Exclusive previews.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

  • Artesive reserves the right to modify the criteria, benefits, and structure of the program.
  • To terminate the program at any time, as it is a promotional initiative.
  • To determine whether promotions can be combined with other ongoing offers.

For any communication regarding the program, Active Participants must contact customer service and provide their customer number.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Italian law. For legal disputes, the competent court is Brescia, unless otherwise determined by consumer legislation.
