Loyalty program terms

Legend:

Active Participant: It is a Customer that falls into one of the three levels indicated by the requirements of the RENEWAL REWARD program.

“Inactive Participant”
It is a Customer that no longer falls into one of the three levels indicated by the requirements of the RENEWAL REWARD program

“Annual Membership”
Defines the period during which the Customer can use the RENEWAL REWARD program which runs from 1 January to 31 December of each calendar year; at the end of each calendar year, the membership level of the Active Member is updated or renewed.

“Customer”
Any company, company, association, professional or private person registered on the Artesive website and who has made purchases through the site itself.

OBJECT OF THE RENEWAL REWARD PROGRAM

RENEWAL REWARD is a program dedicated to Artesive customers who fall within the levels established for participation in the program, as specified below.

Membership of the RENEWAL REWARD program is completely free.

HOW DOES IT WORK

The assignment to the RENEWAL REWARD program is carried out directly by Artesive.

Upon assignment, Customers will be placed in one of the three levels of the RENEWAL REWARD program: Smart, Pro and Genius.

Customers, once accepted these Terms and Conditions, will then receive the status of “Active Participant”. This assignment will take place via a communication via e-mail. To activate participation in the RENEWAL REWARD program, the customer must confirm the instructions sent by e-mail.

Multiple assignments to the program are not allowed. Each assignment takes place on an individual basis and is linked to a single customer code, which will be the sole assignee.

The assignment to the RENEWAL REWARD program will remain active for a maximum period of 12 months. The new allocations for subsequent periods will be established by Artesive at the beginning of each calendar year.

Active Participants wishing to terminate their participation in the RENEWAL REWARD program must send a communication to Artesive at the following address [info@artesive.com]. At the end of this procedure all the advantages and privileges associated with the RENEWAL REWARD program will cease.

In any case, Artesive may terminate participation in the RENEWAL REWARD program in the event of violation of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any conduct deemed improper or fraudulent by a participant, with consequent deactivation of its status as Active Participant. In this case, all the advantages and privileges associated with the RENEWAL REWARD program will be interrupted immediately.

LEVELS

The RENEWAL REWARD program offers three levels of membership: Smart, Pro and Genius.

Smart level
Customers who, in the current calendar year, reach a minimum number of 2 orders for a value of over 250 euros (net of canceled orders and taxes in the case of a corporate customer) fall into the category. To be entered in this level both conditions are necessary. Benefits will always start from the next order.

Pro
Fall in the category include customers who in the current calendar year reach a minimum number of 5 orders for a value of more than 500 euros (net of canceled orders and taxes in the case of a corporate customer). To be entered in this level both conditions are necessary. Benefits will always start from the next order.

Genius
Fall in the category include customers who in the current calendar year reach a minimum number of 10 orders for a value of more than 1000 euros (net of canceled orders and taxes in the case of a corporate customer). To be entered in this level both conditions are necessary. Benefits will always start from the next order.

 

The level belonging to the RENEWAL REWARD program remains valid until the end of the reference calendar year (31 December).

From year to year, Artesive will update the membership status of Active Participants who can then confirm their level, progress to a higher level, retreat to a lower level or be excluded from the program.

Artesive reserves the right to change the criteria for assigning the membership level at any time.

At the beginning of each calendar year, the profiles of Active and Non-Active Participants will be updated. After the Participants have been notified of the confirmation, status change, or exclusion, and the program has been started for the current year, the new cards will be issued in 4-6 weeks.

Invitation to dedicated Artesive events.
CHANGES TO THE RENEWAL REWARD PROGRAM

In any case, Artesive reserves the right to modify the RENEWAL REWARD program structure, membership requirements, benefits, offers and other program features described in these Terms and Conditions, or to terminate the RENEWAL REWARD program in any moment, as it is a free and promotional service, which is not the object of contracts relating to individual orders or the contractual relationship between Artesive and the Customer as a whole.

The services and promotions offered by the RENEWAL REWARD program can be combined with other offers in progress, except where expressly specified within the product or specific promotion.

For any communication concerning the RENEWAL REWARD program, each Active Participant must contact the Artesive assistance service by communicating their customer number.

These Conditions are subject to Italian law.

For all orders from subjects that do not qualify as “consumers”, all disputes relating to the interpretation and / or execution of this contract will be the exclusive responsibility of the Brescia forum.
